Here’s what I know for sure.

You’re living a once-in-any-lifetime story.

Here’s another thing I know for sure.

Neither the “living” part of that sentence, nor the “once-in-any-lifetime” part of that sentence are easy to do.

It’s simple. But not easy.

I get it. Because it’s my journey too. And it’s at the heart of why I serve as an authentic communication coach, singer-songwriter, and speaker. I help you find the words and confidence to claim, share, and live your story.

Because helping you live your story is my “why.”

You’re so amazing.

When you’re you.

Authenticity is that.

It’s you at your most radiant, at your most magnetic. But for too many of us, the story we’re living doesn’t feel like… well… ours.

I see it play out all the time with my authentic communication coaching clients.

Like, maybe you’ve gotten pretty good at a lot of the “adulting“ parts of life. You’ve hit some milestones you set out to hit. You can check all the responsibility boxes with reasonable consistency.

But somewhere along the way, doing so came to mean being a different person in every room you enter.

So much so that now when you want to show up and fully be seen as yourself in the world, whether that’s in a piece of writing, a talk you’re giving, or a conversation you want/need to have, or just when you look in the mirror, somewhere along the line being yourself came to feel confusing and frustrating at best.

More often than not, showing up as who you really are became something that feels dangerous, scary, and a profound act of vulnerability.

People long to feel seen.

Except for being seen.

Personally, days, months, and years crawl by pressed up against the glass. Aching and overwhelmed with the sense there’s an exciting world of possibilities out there — just out of reach.

Professionally, you attract the wrong opportunities. You live with the excruciating sense you have more to offer — a greater purpose — if only you could articulate and share who you truly are.

All that disconnect and inauthenticity is brutal. I understand. But there’s another way. It’s easier, too.

And I want you to be a thriving presence in the world. Central to that is having full access to yourself. Because walking your unique path requires an ability to listen deeply for alignment, value, and what promises the greatest impact. So you can elevate and share whatever that “thing” is fully and powerfully. Over and over again.

I help you overcome adulthood. To reclaim your voice. So consider this your permission to let you be you.

As a speaker, I endeavor to make the most complicated things simple. Things like, how the hell do you find a way to not just make peace with, but actually embrace and revel in the uncertainties of life?

I speak to that. (Also, often there’s a hula hoop. I know, I didn’t see that one coming either.)

But whether the topic of the day or moment is uncertainty, creativity, servant leadership, or something else, my intention is always to help you feel seen and to equip you with accessible and actionable tools you can start using right away. Like, at that moment.

And sometimes we need things that direct our eyes to beauty and poetry that awaits in the most everyday things. Sometimes we need to connect in a space that seems to transcend words. To process things dark and light and points between. I know I sure do.

I do that with songs. That’s the lens through which I look at the world. And I’m privileged and honored that some folks are kind enough to welcome those songs into their world. And that they shift things and sometimes lighten the load just a bit.

I remember the moment I learned a particular truth. There was someone I’d met but not found particularly radiant or magnetic. Then they got up and sang. And — at that moment — they were so clearly being their truest self. Unabashedly. Unapologetically. And I was enraptured.

Authenticity is that.
